Chase Your Dream, Make It Real

I was on the way somewhere and a song about chasing a dream popped up on my radio.

It tickled my mind to think about why the dream is an attached part of human life.

So, before I forgot it, I stopped and made a little note to write about it later. And here it is.

The Start of a Dream

Dreams happily start from childhood, of a cute question to a sweet tiny face, “What do you want to be when you grow up?”.

At that age, we certainly have no clear idea of the future. We might have an answer I want to be like mom, dad, or anyone we assume look cooler than us.

Later on, in the process of growing up, our vision of life becomes much clearer, and dreams may also alter.

Along with that, most of the time, our life is determined by dreams as we figure to see ourselves in the future.

Dream Do Not Always Come True

To dream is easy, but to be able to achieve a dream needs more than just imagination. Many people fail naturally because of some obstacles that hinder their struggle.

I have seen some friends who have given up their dream due to the simple things that matter.

Specific dream jobs require a standard body height, good eyesight, or other physical quality that put some dreamers to sudden disqualification.

Others give up their dream of a lack of support, and some lose it by starting a family and adjusting their life and vision with the new family goals.

But Dream May Come True

” Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.”

 – Albert Einstein

But for those who are still capable of chasing their dreams and are determined, they set up a strong foundation and an attitude.

They are mostly very consistent people. They have confidence that nothing is impossible if they try. They grab the dream and never let go.

All the twists and turns do not stop them from working to make their imagination into reality.

Once it is achieved, and dreams have come true. It fills life with ecstatic satisfaction.

It makes the dream achievers and the people who care about them proud.

Movie makers make movies about these people, authors write about them, and educators and motivators exemplify their struggles to inspire their audiences.

Work on Your Dream, Don’t Let Age Stops You

For many types of work, dream knows no boundaries. It does not care about our age.

Many international figures reach their dream at an old age, Colonel Sanders for example. Some others die before they even get recognized.

However, the dream does not leave them. There are so many authors, artists, or engineers, who have become legends posthumously.

These dream achievers are inspirational and never give up. That they believe in miracles, and miracles did happen, age does not stop them.

You are Your Worst Hurdle

So, for us, who have not yet seen the dream come true, set your plan, and fill yourself with consistency.

The first step is to conquer yourself. Because in a world of pursuing a dream, you are your worst enemy and the hardest hurdle and barrier.

It is better to try and fail than never to try at All. But it is also important to keep your feet on the ground and connect with reality.

And as long as the sun keeps coming back every morning, it will keep shining on our path. We can race with time; we are free to fly, the sky is the limit. Without trying you never know.

Chase the dream, make it real.
